    Awarded the JEED President's Effort Award for Excellence in Employing Persons with Disabilities

    In recognition of our efforts to employ and establish a workplace for persons with disabilities, NSK received the 2022 Effort Award for Excellence in Employing Persons with Disabilities from the President of Japan Organization for Employment of the Elderly, Persons with Disabilities and Job Seekers (JEED).
    We have more than 1,500 employees in Japan and overseas. We aim to create a work environment in which each and every employee can work happily and actively regardless of nationality, gender, or disability. In our efforts to employ persons with disabilities, we will continue to enhance various support programs to improve and establish a workplace environment.

    The new factory "A1+"

    NSK completed construction of new factory A1+ on September 5th, whose construction started in November 2021.
    The total floor area is approx. 5,500㎡. Not only aiming to increase parts processing capacity that was previously a bottleneck in production activities, but also training program for manufacturing human resources called ASK (*) will be implemented in order to enhance production capacity from both hard and soft aspects. We are also aiming for an early start as a core production base to realize our medium to long-term growth.

     

    * Academy of "Sessaku"(cutting) & "Kenma"(polishing) : Cutting and polishing are the basic and the most important processing technology for our parts processing
